All
of our products are hand-made to order, from the highest quality anti-pilling
Polar Fleece and carefully sewn together and hand finished. Each hammock has
sturdy stainless steel clips for attaching to almost any cage. Every product
has enclosed seams for safety and durability and most products are dual layer
to give a good solid finish. All seams are clipped and special attention is
paid to ensure all loose threads are removed from enclosed seams to prevent
any unwanted accidents

Ordering
All prices quoted include P&P/Shipping
You shouldn't need a PayPal account to use the shopping basket on this site,
but if you find you are having a problem or would prefer to pay by cheque, (UK
only) please contact us. We
are currently unable to take any alternative payments from anyone outside the
UK, sorry :o(
When you place an order using PayPal, please make sure your details are up to date, especially your registered PayPal email address, as this is often the only point of contact we have with you and if it is out of date or you never check it we will struggle to contact you if there is an issue with your order.

Although we aim to make dispatch most orders within 10 working days (not inclusive of weekends or Public Holidays) of receiving
payment, we would ask you to bear with us at our busiest times of year when things
get a little hectic. Where possible we keep you updated via email if there are any problems, so if you are awaiting news on your order, please check your Junk Mail in case we'e been booted in there!
Please bear in mind that Hammocky Hammocks is run by a small band of volunteers, in our spare time, purely to raise money for Animal Rescues in the UK. Sometimes life gets in the way of hammocking and whilst we do try our best to keep up with with orders, sometimes we do suffer unavoidable delays. Where possible (a working email address at point of order helps!) we keep our customers up to date, and when delays occur, a refund is always available.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail, First Class or Airmail depending
on which part of the world the order is destined for, unless otherwise specified
or requested. Proof of Postage is always obtained.
Standard Postage is FREE on all orders. We do offer a Recorded Delivery / International Signed For service at extra cost so that you can track your order.For more information please click here
If you stick with our Free Standard Delivery – please be warned – it can take up to 6 weeks to replace items should they go missing. Please bear in mind most of our items are custom made to order, which takes time and we also have to await the outcome of the Royal Mail claim. If you have ordered from one of our limited editions we may not be able to replace it all :o(
If an order is lost or damaged, we will put in a claim for compensation. Unfortunately UK Royal Mail do not consider a parcel is lost until 25 days after the date of posting, so we are unable to put in a claim or issue a replacement until this time has elapsed.
If you think your parcel should of turned up by now and hasn't there are a couple of things you can do before contacting us:
If you are on friendly terms with your Postie try and catch him and see if he's unsuccessfully tried to deliver a parcel recently
Check your parcel hasn't been left with your neighbours
Phone your local Sorting Office and ask if they have any outstanding parcels for you, or even if they have any parcels with a Hammocky Hammocks sticker on that might have been orphaned from it's address label!
If your parcel is damaged when it turns up please let us know within 24 hours, and keep the package and it's contents safe in case we need to see them.
We try and keep our prices as low as possible, which is a bit easier for us
than most companies, as we don't have any any staff whinging about pay rises!
All our products are priced in accordance with how much the materials cost us
to buy. Sometimes you might see something in the shop that is a bit more expensive
than another similar item in a different colour or pattern. The reason will
be that that particular fabric is oodles more expensive and therefore we've
had to up the price a teensy bit. We do prefer to buy reasonably priced Fleece
where possible but occasionally, just occasionally we find a pattern that is
irresistible and take a chance that you will agree with us!
Yep, we have one! If your order turns up and it isn't what you were
expecting, we want to know! Contact Us to let us know and then fill in the handy little returns slip inside
the package and send the whole package back.
Your item will be refunded in full, providing it is returned in good condition,
with the original packaging/tags in tact and within a 10 day period (14 days
for anyone outside the UK) of you receiving it.
We
cannot accept any responsibility for the goods until they actually arrive back
at Hammocky Towers, so we recommend you return the items by Recorded Delivery
or a similar service which insures against loss or damage.
The
original shipping costs of your order and any postage/shipping costs incurred
by you in returning the product to us, are non-refundable.
If
you wish to exchange a product for a different size, shape or colour let us
know when you email us.
We
respect your privacy and will never release your email to anyone, not even if
they threatened us with a soggy fish slap!
Your email details will be used solely in regard to any order you place with
us or, if you've signed
up for the Newsletter, we'll occasionally bug you with news and offers.
If for any reason you do receive unsolicited mail from a Hammocky Hammock address
please contact us, and we'll kick some behinds!
